We collect: Account Information (name, email, profile picture via Google OAuth), Third-Party Platform Data (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest), User Content (workflows, media, AI-generated content), Usage Data, and Device Information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate your identity, execute workflows, personalize your experience, communicate updates, monitor usage, and comply with legal obligations.

3. TikTok Data

When you connect your TikTok account, we access data solely to provide authorized features: publishing content, retrieving profile information, and accessing interaction data for analytics. We do NOT sell, rent, or share your TikTok data, use it for unrelated purposes, store it longer than necessary, or use it to train AI/ML models.

4. Google OAuth Integration

We access basic profile information to create your account. We do not store your Google password.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers, connected third-party platforms (per your instructions), when legally required, or for safety.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. Request deletion at privacy@synthreel.ai (processed within 30 days).

7. AI and Machine Learning

We do NOT use third-party API data to develop or train AI/ML models.
